Tight and Toned

In this 45 min class get a complete workout that will target, tone and tighten your entire body. We will use cardio circuit, strength training and yoga to cool down. Free childcare available.

Join the ZUMBA party! Get your move on to a Latin sound. Round out your cardio workout with strength and stretches. All levels are welcomed. Free Childcare is available during class.

Enjoy a total body workout doing a variety of routines such as kickboxing, powerwalking, sculpting and strenth training. Free childcare is available during class.
