Mothers of Infants
Meet other mothers of infants in this easy-going, supportive and informative group. Each week you will have a chance to mingle, share ideas, and explore questions and concerns of motherhood. The groups are facilitated by L.C.S.W. Nicole Asselta. Take the daytime class and bring your baby or the evening class and leave the baby home.

Scrapbooking
Chronicle your family's history by learning techniques to organize and preserve treasured photographs in acid-free scrapbooks. Led by Creative Memories consultant, Michelle Bazzini.

Note: An additional fee of $35 for materials is payable to the instructor at the first class. Childcare is provided at the PRC during Monday class. Class is held off-site at the instructor's studio.

Tuesday Coffee Talk
This discussion group offers you a chance to express feelings, explore new ways of dealing with the trials and triumphs of motherhood, and take care of yourself. It's a great way for those new to the community to meet other moms. Led by Marcia Levine, LCSW, the group will focus on topics related to children between 1 - 5 years old.

Note: Childcare is available at the PRC. Group meets at Northwinds Coffee Shop.

Food Allergy Support Group
This group offers the opportunity for families living with food allergies to share ideas, questions and concerns by attending monthly meetings, exchanging emails and enjoying family events. We will address important topics, such as dealing with summer camp, and host guest speakers, such as allergy and asthma specialist Dr. Robert Corriel. Aprender inglés - English Lessons
Hola amigas. ¿Quisieras poder hablar ingles en la casa con sus niños y vecinos; al trabajo con jefes y colegas; en las tienda con comerciantes; con el dueño de su apartamento; por teléfono con empresas? Vengan y practiquen ingles en situaciones diferentes. Van a mejorarse al hablar ingles y tener mas confianza en si misma. ¡Nos vemos! Trasportación y cuidado de niños están disponibles.

Spanish Lessons
Hola amigas. A class in Spanish for all who wish to master basic skills in language whose use is growing dramatically in our country You will enjoy the excitement of being able to converse comfortably with people you meet in your neighborhood, in stores, at work and most importantly, at the Parent Resource Center. Bring a looseleaf notebook and come prepared to learn and have fun. ¡Nos vemos (see you)!

Kickbox/Sculpt Workout
Enjoy a total body workout using a combination of boxing, kickboxing and traditional aerobic skills. We will end each class with body sculpting and stretching. Bring light to medium hand weights and a jump rope. All levels welcomed. Led by certified fitness instructor and registered nurse, Donna Russo.

Note: Childcare is available during Tuesday morning class only.

Men's Basketball
Enjoy basketball with open court games. New players rotate in as they arrive and new games begin periodically. New players of all abilities are welcome. For more information, contact Matt Melkonian at melko@att.net.

Join us for the PRC's Parent University. Each week a different professional from the health and welfare sector will visit to speak and answer questions about parenting and family issues. Children will play in the same room or be cared for in a different room.

    Rebecca Polimeni, MA and Behavior Consultant, will provide information and resources to help us support friends and classmates experiencing pervasive developmental disorders, such as autism. This session is designed for all parents, not just those who are concerned about their child or those who have been diagnosed.
