Donations for the Community

The PRC is accepting donations of items to be distributed to low-income families in our community. Please bring your clean, gently used clothing, baby equipment and supplies to the PRC.

Donations for the Parent Resource Center

The PRC needs your help to keep our excellent programs affordable for all our community’s families. Contributions of any amount help! You can designate your gift to be in honor of a friend, a new child or grandchild, a birthday; any person or event you want to celebrate. We’ll notify the honoree that a gift has been made in his or her honor. Your support means so much to the PRC and the community we serve.

Here are just some of the ways your contribution can help:

• $25 Provides craft supplies for a Mommy & Me class
• $50 Supplies nutritious snacks for a Stepping Stones class
• $100 Sponsors a specialist teacher for our Stepping Stones program
• $150 Supports a Parent University program
• $265 Gives a low income child a scholarship to a semester of one of our classes
• $500 Enables us to offer a social worker-led support group

Contributions to the PRC, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, are tax-deductible and can be made by phone, mail or in person. Checks can be mailed to:

The Parent Resource Center asks its members to think of us when they are out shopping. Please feel free to donate at any time during the semester. Your help is greatly appreciated.

We need the following items on a regular basis:

• Paper Towels
• Sponges
• Tissues
• Dish Detergent
• Antibacterial Hand Soap
• Baby Wipes
• Napkins
• Ziplock Bags - assorted sizes
• Small Plastic Cups
• Hot & Cold Cups
• Coffee
• Juice
• Snack Foods: Pretzels, Graham Crackers, Goldfish, etc
• Lollipops
