Class Policies and Questions
If for any reason you’d prefer not to register online you can register for classes through the main office.
Age ranges for all of our children’s classes are carefully chosen to optimize enjoyment of the subject as well as for a child’s ability to thrive among their peers. We ask that your child meet the minimum age requirement by the first day of class. If you register your child for a class where they don’t meet the age requirements the office will contact you to help you find another class.
We understand that things change. Participants may request a refund through the first week of the semester. After the second class, participants may request to move to another class, subject to availability, or receive a credit towards a class in the future. Credits must be used within one year of issuance. Single class drop-in registrations cannot be refunded.
There are no make-ups for missed classes. If we need to cancel a class due to weather or teacher illness, a make-up session will be added at the end of the semester. If a participant signs up for a class after the semester has begun, the class will be prorated accordingly.
