Service Description

This unique weekly one-hour and 15-minute grownup and me preschool readiness class is designed to promote language and cognitive development in English and Spanish during a child's 'critical period.' Children 0-5 years are primed to learn and distinguish between different sounds. Bilingual learning exposes young children to the richness and appreciation of another culture and different ways of thinking. Join us for a bilingual learning experience that exposes children and their caregivers to both Spanish and English. Led by two PRC teachers, this class will help familiarize children with basic knowledge of both languages, such as greetings, colors, numbers, and more. Through circle time, art, music, and movement we will have fun while speaking, listening, and learning about both languages. Class will take place in the Land Room. No class 9/27.
